About the position
We are a small, busy, and dynamic department passionate about strengthening the brand, marketing, and sales of our travel insurance especially online. We are directly linked to a larger Nordic sales and sales support department.
You will be responsible for marketing and communication activities in Denmark and report to the Nordic Head of Marketing and Communication in Sweden.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues on marketing our brand and products across various digital platforms and serve as the web editor for our website, erv.dk.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute the marketing strategy and continuously help shape it.
- Implement marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and, if needed, external agencies.
- Responsible for updating and producing content, products, and new features for erv.dk, as well as supporting erv.se.
- Responsible for SEO/SEA (strategy and content in collaboration with an external agency).
- SoMe responsibility, primarily related to advertising and content/community management.
- Planning and production of advertising and communication in owned channels (e.g., newsletters, SoMe, blog, PR) in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Marketing automation activities and touchpoint setup in the customer journey.
- Create graphic sales materials in collaboration with the sales department.
- Responsible for managing PR activities and the Press Room.
- Ad hoc marketing and external communication tasks.
About you
We are looking for a responsible marketing professional who possesses a high degree of independence, drive, and self-motivation, and are creative and proactive. You are having a high energy level and thrive in a dynamic, high-activity environment and strive for success.
Required qualifications
- Hold a relevant degree in marketing/communication with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing/communication department handling similar tasks.
- Have an interest in and experience with digital marketing and web content.
- Are a skilled communicator with a customer-focused approach and an understanding of the customer journey and their needs (Outside/In).
- Are diligent and capable of delivering high-quality written communication for both online and offline materials.
- Thrive in a work environment that involves both small daily tasks and in-depth, project-like assignments.
- Possess the ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Have experience with CMS (preferably Episerver) and as a web editor/content editor.
- Have experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Have experience with SEO/SEM and analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Have experience managing marketing budgets.
