We are seeking a Process Manager to join our Team
At Europæiske Rejseforsikring we are committed to driving innovation and operational excellence across all aspects of our business. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Manager with expertise in ADONIS BPM to join our dynamic team. As our new Process Manager, you will play a central role in our operational excellence journey. Your main responsibility will be to manage, document, and maintain the entire business process architecture of the company using the ADONIS BPM tool.
Overview & Responsibilities
You will work closely with process owners, business stakeholders, and IT to ensure that all processes are aligned with business strategy, compliant with regulations, and accessible across the organization.
This role includes the following key responsibilities:
- Map, document, and update the full end-to-end process landscape in ADONIS
- Maintain a structured and scalable process framework
- Collaborate with business units to gather input and ensure accuracy of process documentation
- Facilitate process reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote process governance, standardization, and best practices
- Train and support internal stakeholders in using ADONIS effectively
- Act as the main point of contact for process-related inquiries and audits.
You work closely with the Project Management Office and other cross-functional team members and third parties to align all efforts and deliveries The Process Manager serves as a single point of contact for process related matters.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in process management or business process modeling
- Hands-on expertise with ADONIS BPM (or similar BPM tools)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Familiarity with insurance or financial services is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and structured approach
- Fluent in English and Danish; knowledge of another Nordic language is a bonus
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Management
- Experience in managing processes within insurance or financial sector is an advantage
