At Europæiske ERV, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Danish office, supporting our local operations while being an integral part of our Nordic HR team. This role has a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and being a trusted HR partner to the business. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, and have some exposure to our international organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Source great talent to a growing organization and create solid onboarding processes.
- Develop and organize Employer Branding activities internally and externally.
- Be a master jedi of our new recruitment system Teamtailor.
- Issue employment documents and ensure compliance with Danish labour laws.
- Support smooth onboarding and exits through our HRM system.
- Support our payroll administration with monthly HR inputs.
- Promote workplace well-being through health initiatives and employee engagement.
- Take part in organizing team-building activities and social events.
- Support People Managers with HR related matters and act as a trusted sounding board.
- Be an active team member in our Nordic HR team and help build smooth processes.
- Support HR reporting for our international group.
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and employer branding.
- Strong insights in labor relations and EH&S.
- Professional confidence - capable of handling complex HR matters independently.
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably from a larger, international or Nordic company.
- An HR relevant educational background at Master’s level.
- Good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn skills and generally an IT savvy.
- Fluency in Danish (native level) and English (corporate language).
- Knowledge of personality tests/certification (we use People Test System/Assessio).
