Are you passionate about insurance products and skilled in structure, quality, and commercialization? We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong business acumen and a sharp eye for both product development and governance.

You’ll play a key role in our Product Management team, owning the full product lifecycle—from concept and development to quality assurance and market launch. The role combines product innovation with responsibility for compliance and documentation, and you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Underwriting, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

1. Developing and optimizing insurance products (household, accident, health, travel)
2. Ensuring product quality and compliance through governance and documentation
3. Collaborating on pricing and performance with key stakeholders
4. Preparing for market launches and supporting the sales organization
5. Analyzing product data and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement
6. Competitor monitoring and market research

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience with insurance products and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks
• A structured approach to documentation and process management
• Interest in digitalization and transformation
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
