About the role - Drive the optimization of the Risk Management Framework
As a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a key role in optimization of our risk management framework and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and our international network to identify, assess, and monitor risks, ensuring we remain resilient and future-ready. This entails, among other things:
- Develop and maintain the Risk Management Framework in line with DORA and Solvency II
- Ensure integration of risk management into strategic and operational decision-making
- Support regulatory compliance and internal audit processes
- Collaborate with group-level risk teams to align local practices with global standards
- Support the the senior mamagement with risk oversight
- Conduct 2nd line reviews (assurance activities) ensuring that the business adheres to sound risk and control management
About you - Communication, process optimization and risk management know-how
To succeed in the position, we expect you to have
- A Master's degree (or equivalent) in a financial, quantitative or business-related science such as:
- Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Mathematics, Business Administration

2+ years of work experience in risk management or a related financial/operational discipline preferable in the financial sector
Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to senior stakeholders
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and with GRC systems (RSA Archer is a plus)
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (DORA and Solvency II)

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in risk analysis within insurance or financial services
- Knowledge of Solvency II, ORSA, and other relevant frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish or Norwegian is a plus)
- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a changing environment
