ERGO Process Manager – Driving Operational Excellence

We are therefore looking for an ERGO Process Manager to help shape how we work, by owning and continuously improving key business processes across the organization.
As a Process Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, transparent, and well‑governed business processes across the organization. You will be responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, and continuously improving core processes, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and management.
The role contributes to operational excellence by strengthening process standards, documentation, performance monitoring, and governance, while enabling collaboration and alignment across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end‑to‑end business processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance with internal standards
Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation
Design and document target processes, including workflows, roles, controls, and KPIs
Support implementation of process changes in close collaboration with business owners, IT, and change stakeholders
Monitor process performance using defined KPIs and dashboards, and ensure follow‑up on deviations
Maintain process documentation, guidelines, and frameworks in line with governance requirements
Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive process understanding and continuous improvement
Contribute to the further development of process management tools, methods, and best practices
Ensure alignment between processes, systems, and business objectives

Your Profile
Professional Competencies
Strong analytical and structured way of working
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to translate complex processes into clear and practical solutions
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working in a matrixed and international environment
Technical & Methodological Skills
Solid understanding of process management and improvement methodologies (e.g. BPM, Lean, Six Sigma)
Experience with process modelling and documentation (e.g. BPMN)
Familiarity with process KPIs, governance models, and controls
Experience with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of process or workflow tools is a plus
Understanding of IT‑enabled processes and digitalization initiatives is beneficial
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
Certifications in process management, Lean, or Six Sigma are an advantage
Language Skills
English: Fluent (spoken and written)
