Partner Sales Manager – Driving Growth Through Partnerships
Are you commercially driven, passionate about partnerships, and motivated by creating real growth? We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager to strengthen our partner and broker channels and help shape the future of our commercial success.
About the Role
As our new Partner Sales Manager, you will play a central role in acquiring, developing, and managing partnerships across B2B(2B) and B2B2C channels. You will work closely with brokers, intermediaries, and internal teams to identify new opportunities, drive sales, and deliver strong partner and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
You will make an impact by:
Identifying and developing new partnership opportunities aligned with the commercial strategy
Building, managing, and growing relationships with strategic partners, brokers, and intermediaries
Ensuring a solid commercial understanding of partner agreements and frameworks in collaboration with Legal
Monitoring partner performance and satisfaction (KPIs,, trends) and taking proactive actions to optimize results
Delivering excellent partner experiences through onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders across functions
Providing structured market, partner, and customer feedback for product development and positioning
Contributing to commercial projects and strategic initiatives
Working in accordance with the company’s Norm framework
Key Success Criteria

Maintain high partner satisfaction and strong retention
Identify, engage, and onboard new partners, while ensuring effective enablement
Contribute to pipeline growth and execution of joint initiatives
Deliver timely and accurate reporting of performance and market insights
Collaborate effectively cross-functionally
About you
You will thrive in this role if you have:
Proven commercial sales experience within insurance
Strong experience working with brokers, intermediaries, and/or strategic partners
Strong knowledge of health insurance (a significant advantage)
A commercial mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Experience in partner portfolio management and prioritization
An analytical mindset, with CRM and reporting tool experience
A proactive, structured approach and comfort in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience and/or insurance certifications
A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) is an advantage but not requiredProfessional proficiency in Danish and English
Other Scandinavian languages are an advantage
Besides this, we also expect technical skills such as:
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
A solid understanding of CRM systems

Occasional travel within Denmark and the Nordics is expected.
